UKCIL Ltd is seeking a reliable and caring Personal Support Assistant to assist a 42-year-old woman with her daily needs in Tunbridge Wells, TN4. The ideal candidate will be patient, helpful, and able to work in a discreet and confident manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support with personal care tasks, including washing, dressing, and toileting (tasks include hoisting).
  • Drive and attend appointments as required.
  • Prepare breakfast and lunch according to nutritional needs.
  • Keep the home clean and tidy by putting away laundry, cleaning, and tidying.

The successful applicant will have a good sense of humour and be able to work on their own initiative. This post requires a flexible approach to support our client's varying medical appointments.

Estimated Salary: £11.44 per hour, approximately £446.40 per month based on 4 hours per week. We offer a competitive hourly rate reflective of the skills and qualifications required for this role.

This position is exempt from the Equality Act 2010 schedule 9 paragraphs 1-4. Candidates must be eligible to live and work in the UK with no criminal background and are subject to a DBS check.
