Wind Turbine Package Manager

Carbon60 is seeking an experienced Wind Turbine Package Manager to lead the development and delivery of the Wind Turbine contract package for an offshore renewables project.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead a package team including procurement specialists, engineers, and wind analysts to obtain an optimal technical and commercial arrangement that meets the objectives of the contracting strategy for the project.
- Develop and deliver the Wind Turbine contract package based on the overall contracting strategy, working with the project leadership team to define governance arrangements and provide ongoing confidence that the package will support the project in meeting its phase objectives.
- Manage the commissioning of all Turbine related assets to ensure that the forecast commissioning profile is optimized and availability of assets is maximized prior to the Commercial Operations Date (COD).
- Evaluate and negotiate Contractor claims, variations, and settlement agreements to ensure the best possible commercial terms are agreed for the project.
- Experience in complex, large-scale multi-disciplinary project-financed projects.
- Ability to lead and motivate a team of multi-disciplined individuals, setting clear goals and objectives and measuring performance against them.
- Substantial knowledge of commercial drivers for major infrastructure projects, project risk management, and leading package teams on various development projects.
