About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Dietitian to join our team at the Leeds and York Partnership NHS Foundation Trust. As a Dietitian Specialist, you will play a key role in providing clinical dietetic services to our patients and their families, working closely with multidisciplinary teams to improve physical and mental health outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of clinical dietetic services within the Healthy Living Team
  • Provide specialized dietary advice to service users and their families/carers
  • Plan, manage, and prioritize own clinical workload to ensure maximum efficiency
  • Deliver nutrition/dietetic training for professional and support staff
  • Work in liaison with dietetic, medical, nursing, allied health professional, clerical, and other relevant staff
  • Participate in dietetic student training
  • Maintain accurate and appropriate clinical records and statistical information

Requirements
  • BSc Hons or postgraduate diploma in dietetics
  • HCPC registered
  • Experience and/or knowledge of the role of dietetics in mental health services
  • Experience and/or knowledge of working as a Dietitian in a community setting
  • Hold a valid UK driver's license and have access to own vehicle
