Sales Development Manager

Russell Taylor Group Ltd has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive to join our team in the North of England. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base within the chromatography sector.
About the Role:The successful candidate will have previous experience working in a laboratory setting with chromatography equipment, as well as a proven track record in sales or technical roles. You will be comfortable traveling around the North of England 2-3 times a week and representing our company at industry events. If you are a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for sales, we would love to hear from you.
Main Responsibilities:- Business Development: Develop and execute strategic plans to drive sales growth within the chromatography sector.
- Customer Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new customers through networking, industry events, and digital channels.
- Relationship Building: Manage and expand relationships with existing customers, key decision makers, and influencers to increase sales and customer retention.
- Previous experience working in a laboratory setting with chromatography equipment.
- Proven track record in sales or technical roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- UK Driving licence.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as a car allowance, bonus scheme, fuel and accommodation cover, pension, and life assurance.
