About the Role

As a Care Assistant at City & County Healthcare Group, you will play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safer and more independent lives in their own homes. You will be responsible for providing personal care, assisting with daily living tasks, and promoting the well-being of our clients. This is a rewarding and challenging role that requires compassion, resilience, and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.

Key Responsibilities

* Provide personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
* Assist with daily living tasks, such as shopping, meal preparation, and housework
* Promote the well-being of clients, including supporting them with their medication and providing emotional support
* Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for clients
