Job Title: Female Complex Care Assistant

We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Care Worker to join our Specialist Services Team in the Wickford area. As a Care Worker, you will provide care and support to an 11-year-old boy with complex needs, including PEG, seizure management, oxygen, nebuliser, and suctioning requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality care and support to the client, ensuring their physical and emotional needs are met.
  • Work collaboratively with the client's family and healthcare professionals to develop and implement a care plan that meets their needs.
  • Administer medication and perform medical procedures as required.
  • Maintain accurate records of the client's care and progress.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in care work, preferably with children with complex needs.
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
  • DBS/PVG check and references.
  • Right to work in the UK.
