Job Summary

We're seeking a Care Assistant to join our team in Basildon. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live safe and supported lives in their own homes. You'll work closely with our team to deliver personalized care plans, assist with daily living tasks, and provide emotional support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and managing incontinence
  • Assist with practical tasks such as shopping, mealtimes, and housework
  • Follow individual care plans and adapt to changing needs
  • Work collaboratively with the care team to ensure seamless care delivery
