Job Summary

Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase ledger process and providing administrative support to the projects team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Complete daily bank reconciliations and weekly payment runs to suppliers.
  • Efficiently complete month-end tasks, including approving payments and dealing with queries.
  • Manage the purchase ledger inbox and ensure all ledgers are up to date and cleared for each monthly payment run.
  • Review supplier accounts and ensure all ledgers are accurate and cleared.
  • Perform statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations.

Requirements

  • A proven track record within purchase ledger.
  • Ability to work within a small, close-knit team.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
