Job Summary
Page Personnel Finance is seeking a skilled Accounts Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end purchase ledger process and providing administrative support to the projects team.

Key Responsibilities
- Complete daily bank reconciliations and weekly payment runs to suppliers.
- Efficiently complete month-end tasks, including approving payments and dealing with queries.
- Manage the purchase ledger inbox and ensure all ledgers are up to date and cleared for each monthly payment run.
- Review supplier accounts and ensure all ledgers are accurate and cleared.
- Perform statement reconciliations and bank reconciliations.
Requirements
- A proven track record within purchase ledger.
- Ability to work within a small, close-knit team.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
