Sales Development Manager

Join a dynamic and entrepreneurial team as a Sales Development Executive, where you will play a key role in driving business growth and expansion. Key Responsibilities:- Identify and develop new sales opportunities within your region
- Establish industry relationships with new and existing partners
- Represent the company at industry events and conferences
- Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets
- Establish a thorough understanding of our product offering and present it effectively to clients
- Achieve monthly sales targets with demonstrable KPIs
- 2+ years of business development experience in a B2B role
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality with a desire to develop relationships at all levels of seniority
- The ability to manage an account base and recognize new business opportunities
- A willingness to travel and undertake overnight stays
- A keen eye for detail and the ability to ensure the effective administration of processes and procedures within our sales cycle
- Take ownership of timely submissions of quotation and tender submissions with a focus on ensuring concise content
- Maintain strong internal relationships and work closely with Operational colleagues as well as with Customer Support Team in managing customer expectations
- Key attributes include being a good communicator at all levels through all mediums, written, verbal, video, and face-to-face
- You should be an excellent manager of processes with attention to detail and a strong analytical approach
- Automotive/Leasing or related B2B industry will be preferred
