At KFC, we're looking for a Restaurant General Manager who can bring their leadership skills to our team. As a Restaurant General Manager, you'll be responsible for managing the restaurant's performance, coaching and training your team, and delivering on key performance indicators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the restaurant's performance and ensure it meets our high standards.
- Coach, train, and engage your team to help them grow and develop.
- Deliver on key performance indicators to drive business growth.
- Perform weekly administrative tasks to maintain a smooth-running restaurant.
- Run the shop floor to a high standard, providing an excellent customer experience.
- Manage the recruitment process to bring in top talent who share our values.
