About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team at JLL. As a key member of our service delivery team, you will be responsible for the execution of end-to-end work order management, including coordination of planned and reactive services.

Main Responsibilities

  • Execute work order management processes, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of services to clients.
  • Coordinate with JLL engineering and supply chain teams to plan and execute work orders.
  • Accurately record and classify service requests, incidents, and complaints to enable trend analysis.
  • Monitor and escalate work orders and incidents as necessary to achieve agreed service levels.
  • Procure services from external supply partners, including purchase order creation and service delivery management.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our facilities management services, client systems, and relevant processes and procedures.
  • Identify opportunities to develop and improve skills, seeking assistance to acquire new skills and maintaining a record of own development and call observations.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes to the contract and share information learned with the team and wider stakeholders.
  • Handle and resolve customer issues according to our customer complaint process.
  • Be prepared to work on various contracts, projects, and initiatives as needed to support the changing needs of the business.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in administration, work order management, scheduling, or mobile resource planning, preferably in facilities management.
  • Experience in coordinating service delivery in a mobile field force environment, including parts management and subcontract service delivery.
  • Experience working in a customer service environment driven by customer SLAs, performance measurement, and personal work targets.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to remain calm in a high-pressure environment.

Location

This role is based on-site in Derby, UK.
