Liverpool Children's Domiciliary Care Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Domiciliary Carer to join our team at Lagan's Foundation. As a key member of our care team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-19 with complex health conditions in their own homes and in the community.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver personalized care and support to children with complex health conditions
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and other care team members
- Collaborate with the care team to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Provide emotional support and companionship to children
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above or equivalent
- Experience of working with children and delivering personal care
- Ability to work variable hours, including shifts and weekends
- Enhanced DBS Child and Adult Workforce
