About the Role

Lagans Foundation is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Children's Domiciliary Carer to join our specialist care team. As a key member of our team, you will provide high-quality care and support to children aged 0-19 with complex health conditions in their own homes and in the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver personal care support and play to children with complex health conditions
  • Build strong relationships with children, families, and other carers to provide exceptional care
  • Complete comprehensive training program and ongoing supervision to develop professional skills and behaviours
  • Work variable shifts to meet the needs of children and families
  • Remain compliant with policies, procedures, and training requirements
  • Help promote the work of Lagans Foundation and assist with fundraising efforts

Person Specification

  • GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above or equivalent
  • Experience of working with children and delivering personal care
  • Desirable: Level 2 Health and Social Care, Enhanced DBS Child and Adult Workforce
