Children's Domiciliary Care Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Children's Domiciliary Care Specialist to join our team at Lagan's Foundation. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality care to children aged 0-19 with complex health conditions in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide personal care support and play to children in their own homes, promoting positive life experiences and choices.
- Build strong relationships with children, families, and other care team members to deliver exceptional care and support.
- Complete comprehensive training programs, monitored through mentorship, observation, and supervision, to gain the skills and confidence required for the role.
- Work variable hours, including shifts, to meet the needs of children and families, and remain compliant with policies, procedures, and training requirements.
- Help promote the work of Lagan's Foundation and assist the fundraising team through fun ideas, event attendance, volunteering, or hosting a fundraiser.
- GCSE Maths and English Grade C and above or equivalent.
- Experience of working with children and delivering personal care.
- Desirable: Level 2 Health and Social Care, L3 Health and Social Care, and Enhanced DBS Child and Adult Workforce.
