About the Role:
Leonard Cheshire UK is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care and Support Professional to join our team at Seven Springs. As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in enabling vulnerable individuals to live the life they choose.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily life tasks, including personal care, medication, and mealtimes, to promote independence and well-being.
- Escort and support individuals in and around the service, at external events, and appointments, fostering a sense of community and connection.
- Support our Person-Centred approach by encouraging maximum independence and helping individuals achieve their aspirations.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records to ensure seamless care and support.
Requirements:
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Flexibility and creativity in working with individuals and their families to meet their unique needs.
- Personal care experience is desirable but not essential; we offer an excellent training and induction program for all new team members.
- Ability to work under pressure and as part of a team, prioritizing individual needs and well-being.
- Flexibility to work within rostered hours and willingness to participate in an on-call rota when required.

Working Hours and Enhancements:
