Care Assistant - Children's Residential Service
We empower young people to achieve their potential, regardless of their past experiences.
About the RoleYou will provide daily support to young people, including:
- Assisting with hobbies, social activities, and friendships, and helping them learn new skills
- Supporting morning routines, such as getting ready for school and preparing breakfast
- Preparing evening meals and creating a safe space for relaxation
You will need to be open to working in a reflective manner, delivering relationship-based, person-centred care as part of a small team. This involves day, evening, night, weekend, and bank holiday working.
Salary and BenefitsThis role comes with a competitive salary range of £18-20 per hour, making us a Real Living Wage employer.
