Leadership Role for Young People

We are looking for a highly skilled Deputy Manager to join our team at Paramount Children. As a Deputy Manager, you will play a key role in supporting children and young people in a residential setting, deputising in the absence of the Registered Manager, and contributing to the overall success of our organisation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting children and young people with complex needs
- Developing and implementing effective care plans
- Working collaboratively with the Registered Manager and other senior leaders
Requirements:
- QCF LEVEL 3/4 diploma in Children and Young People
- Full UK driving licence (preferred)
- Six-month probationary period
