About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Content Specialist to join our international content team at Love Holidays. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our English content is translated seamlessly into the German language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Review and edit copy translated from English to German to fit brand guidelines and tone of voice.
  • Create user-centric content that helps resolve user issues and customer service queries.
  • Work across the marketing team to curate content for email, push, social, and brand activities in Germany.
  • Collaborate with wider stakeholders to plan and deliver content that supports the wider business.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Fluent in German and English, both verbal and written communication.
  • Able to translate copy from English into German to a high standard.
  • Excellent copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Understanding of how brand guidelines influence the copy you create, including tone of voice.
  • Ability to adapt copy to a range of platforms, e.g., email and social media.
  • Strong understanding of how content can be used to communicate customer service issues effectively.
  • A team player who can work well with teams in the office and remotely.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise different projects effectively.
  • Strong research skills.
