Job Description

This home based role offers flexibility and a good work-life balance. As a Supervising Social Worker, you will oversee a caseload of 10-12 foster carers located around the Greater Manchester area. You will not complete Form F Assessments, as this team has a separate team of Independent Form F Assessors.

You will be part of a friendly and stable team, supported by an experienced and approachable manager. This therapeutic fostering agency provides ongoing training, allowing you to develop your skills.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee a caseload of 10-12 foster carers.
  • Work from home with flexibility and a good work-life balance.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you must have:

  • A Qualified Social Work degree.
  • Experience in working in fostering or in a Looked After Children Team.
  • A driving license.
