About the Role:

Our company is currently seeking a skilled Quality Control Inspector to join our team in a food manufacturing environment. This full-time opportunity offers a competitive salary and the chance to work in a dynamic and supportive team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting quality control checks on raw materials and finished products
  • Maintaining accurate records of quality control procedures and results
  • Identifying and reporting any quality or safety issues
  • Collaborating with production teams to implement quality improvements
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and industry standards

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar QC/QA role within a manufacturing industry (food, drink, pharmaceutical, agriculture)
  • Familiarity with quality control routines and expectations
  • Meticulous and accurate in measurement, record keeping, interpretation, and following routines
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills at all levels
  • Practical hands-on approach within an industry-typical or factory environment

Working Hours: Monday - Friday, 12pm - 9pm

Location: near Keynsham, commutable from surrounding areas (Keynsham, Yate, Downend, Bath, Bristol, Farrington Gurney)

Estimated Salary: £29,120 per annum

In this role, you will work closely with production teams to ensure that all products meet the required quality standards. You will conduct regular quality control checks on raw materials and finished products, maintain accurate records of quality control procedures and results, identify and report any quality or safety issues, and collaborate with teams to implement quality improvements.

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual with a proven track record of success in a similar QC/QA role within a manufacturing industry. Candidates should possess a strong understanding of quality control principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
