Total Community Care Limited is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will have the opportunity to develop and enhance your skills in various complex areas, including tracheotomy, ventilation, seizure management, and stoma care. You will work with individuals of all ages, in the community, and in their homes, providing support and care to those with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality care and support to clients with complex needs
- Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each client
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care delivery
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
- Experience in working with spinal injuries, bowel management, and catheter care is advantageous
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
