The Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Professional to join our team. As a Care Professional, you will provide companionship and support to our clients in their own homes, helping them to maintain their independence and quality of life.
Responsibilities
- Provide companionship and social interaction to clients
- Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing and dressing
- Administer medication and document care activities
- Liaise with the office to discuss client needs and preferences
