Warehouse Logistics Administrator

Job Summary

Lorien is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse operations.

Main Responsibilities

  • Receipt and Processing of Components

Receive and process components and devices from field engineers, utilizing multiple ERP systems to process parts through the scrap, store, repair, or warranty routes.

Inventory Management

Update SAP accurately and maintain the accuracy of serial and asset tracking.

Vendor Management

Work with our courier partners, check the warranty on all vendors' web portals, and accurately process accordingly.

SLA Management

Manage the Service Level Agreement (SLA) and maintain company databases.

Reporting and Analysis

Use Excel to maintain reporting for all vendors and ensure high levels of housekeeping.

Requirements

  • Attention to Detail

Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills are required to ensure accurate processing and reporting.

Time Management

Ability to work well under pressure to achieve targets and keep within SLA.

Teamwork

Work well in a team environment and have the ability to resolve queries through effective investigation.

Technical Skills

Good numerical and competent Excel skills are essential.
