At Traka (Assa Abloy), we're seeking a highly skilled Product Quality Coordinator to join our team. This is a key role that requires exceptional levels of quality control, product knowledge, and communication skills.

The estimated salary for this position is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves ensuring that all product data is accurate, up-to-date, and easily accessible for other departments. You will be responsible for gathering and collating product information from suppliers and other relevant parties, measuring and weighing products to verify data accuracy, controlling the data management of our product portfolio, and conducting inbound checks and other required quality checks.

You will also own the customer complaint log, ensuring all complaints are captured, reported, and actioned with non-conformances raised when necessary. Additionally, you will be responsible for managing the NCR log, reporting on customer feedback and quality issues, and working with suppliers to coordinate product quality checks at source.

Key Responsibilities

Gathering and collating product data from suppliers and other relevant parties.Measuring and weighing products to ensure data accuracy.Controlling data management of the product portfolio.Conducting inbound checks and other required quality checks.Owning the customer complaint log.Managing the NCR log.Reporting on customer feedback and quality issues.Working with suppliers to coordinate quality checks.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need exceptional communication skills, the ability to develop an understanding of our products, and a strong desire to maintain exceptional levels of quality control. A willingness to work towards Dip GAI and collaborative problem-solving skills are also essential. You should be able to operate independently and as part of a team, drive enthusiasm, and energy for achievement, and have systematic, organised, and accurate working habits.
