About the Role

The Casual Short Breaks Delivery Worker will deliver Short Breaks for children with complex needs and disabilities ensuring that all aspects of their needs are met both within Stephen Wiltshire Centre and the within the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality Short Breaks for children with complex needs and disabilities
  • Work within the standards set by OFSTED and the CQC
  • Support engagement in quality short breaks for our children

  • Good experience of working with children with disabilities and complex needs
  • Passionate about ensuring all children can achieve their full potential
  • Ability to work within a complex system and find simple solutions and outcomes that deliver real change
  • Ability to challenge the norms through evidence-based approaches using both numerical and critical reasoning and thinking
