Lead Practitioner Psychologist Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Lead Practitioner Psychologist to join our team at We Are With You. As a key member of our clinical team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality psychological services to individuals struggling with drug and alcohol addiction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective treatment plans for clients with complex needs
  • Provide clinical supervision and support to junior staff members
  • Contribute to the development of our clinical services and policies
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care delivery

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Psychology or a related field
  • Registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC)
  • Proven experience in delivering CBT and motivational interviewing
  • Strong leadership and communication skills
