Job Summary:

We are looking for a talented retail professional to lead our store operations and drive sales growth. As a retail store manager, you will be responsible for motivating and developing a high-performing team, achieving sales targets, and providing world-class customer service. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team and contribute to the success of our business.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a high-performing team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer engagement.
• Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless execution of store operations and customer experiences.
• Adapt to changing business needs and maintain a competitive edge in the market.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in retail management with a leading brand is preferred.
• Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Benefits:

• Competitive salary: £45,000 - £60,000 per annum (dependent on location).
• Monthly bonus of 10% if sales targets achieved (20% if stretch targets achieved).
