We are seeking a dedicated Staff Nurse to join our ward team at New Hall Hospital. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, developing individualized care plans, and working collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams.
Main Responsibilities:- To deliver high-quality patient care, ensuring patient safety and dignity at all times.
- To develop and implement individualized care plans that address patients' specific needs and goals.
- To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to ensure effective care transitions and optimal patient outcomes.
- NMC registration as a Registered Nurse.
- Proven experience working as a Staff Nurse or similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Competitive salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum (dependent on experience).
