About the Role:

This challenging yet rewarding role involves delivering high-quality nursing care to residents with complex needs. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to patient reviews, prepare reports, and participate in family meetings and funding care reviews.

  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents with complex neurological conditions.
  • Work effectively as part of the immediate team and wider multidisciplinary team (MDT).

To excel in this role, you should possess strong clinical skills and experience in a neuro rehabilitation setting. A background in NMC Code of Professional Conduct is also essential.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in resident review meetings and prepare accurate reports.
  • Liaise with relevant Managers on operational aspects of the nursing floor.
