Maintenance Manager

**Job Summary**

A trusted client of CV Technical is seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee the effective maintenance of their plant, premises, and equipment. The successful candidate will possess a strong background in supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and ensuring cost-effective maintenance practices.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Ensure the maintenance of plant, premises, and ancillary equipment is always effective and cost-efficient
* Lead a team of maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks
* Develop and implement maintenance best practices, ensuring a zero-failure culture
* Collaborate with the maintenance team to identify and resolve issues, ensuring minimal downtime
* Manage and maintain a computerized maintenance management system

**Requirements**

* Proven supervisory experience in a fast-paced automotive or manufacturing environment
* Strong knowledge of PLC Systems and Robotics
* Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
* Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities and workload
* Experience in the use of a computerized maintenance management system

**What We Offer**
