We are seeking a Commercial Client Advisor to join our team at Marsh Commercial, a leading insurance broker. As a Commercial Client Advisor, you will be responsible for working with Account Executives to retain and generate new business, leveraging strategy information and managing contract reviews and midterm changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Work with Account Executives to retain and generate new business
- Strive to meet sales goals by partnering with Account Executives
- Work on all aspects of account management and service delivery to clients
- Manage all day-to-day queries, renewals, amendments, and mid-term adjustments
- Build and maintain relationships with clients, prospects, client teams, and producers
- Serve as a client contact for day-to-day needs and answer standard or more difficult client questions
- Maintain a detailed understanding of changing market conditions and comply with all compliance, professional, and transparency standards
Requirements
- Strong business development skills
- Commercial insurance knowledge across a broad range of products or experience within other areas of insurance
- Ambitious nature and a keen contributor within a team environment
- Articulate with strong client-facing and stakeholder management abilities
