About the Job:
The successful candidate will be responsible for processing monthly payroll, checking holiday and sickness records, and ensuring compliance with statutory regulations. They will also conduct cost analysis, prepare payroll-related payments, pensions, and post-payroll journals. Additionally, they will manage cash and bank transactions, including month-end journals and payroll accruals, and perform payroll, AP & AR balance sheet reconciliations.

Key Responsibilities:
* Process monthly payroll accurately and efficiently
* Check holiday and sickness records to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
* Conduct cost analysis and prepare payroll-related payments, pensions, and post-payroll journals
* Prepare payment runs and reconcile purchase ledger entries
* Manage cash and bank transactions, including month-end journals and payroll accruals
* Perform payroll, AP & AR balance sheet reconciliations
