About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Assistant Manager. The successful candidate will work closely with the Centre Manager to drive profitability and deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide productive management and leadership to drive business performance
- Work alongside the Centre Manager to achieve sales and customer service targets
- Collaborate with the workshop team to deliver high-quality services and maintain compliance standards
- Develop and implement effective training programs to enhance colleague skills and knowledge
- Participate in business planning and strategy development to drive growth and improvement

Requirements
- Experience in a management or leadership role in the automotive industry

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- IT proficiency and willingness to learn in-house systems
