About the Role
Cornerstone is one of Scotland's largest charities, established with over 40 years' experience providing great care and support for adults and children with various support needs across Scotland.
We operate over 18 local authorities in Scotland and provide a wide range of services to over 2, individuals each year. Our focus is on encouraging social inclusion, reducing loneliness, and improving health, independence, and wellbeing by working closely with the people we support and their families.
The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the day-to-day administration tasks of our West Dunbartonshire and Argyll & Bute Branch. This includes being the first point of contact for the branch, coordinating internal and external meetings, minute taking, preparing agendas, processing mail, banking and finances, managing staff files, and scheduling meetings.
Requirements
- Experience in providing administrative support in a customer-facing role
- Confidence in the use of Microsoft packages (including Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Able to prioritise workload and work independently
- Great problem-solving skills with a positive can-do attitude
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues, customers, and stakeholders at all levels
About You
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is able to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain accurate records. The ideal candidate will have excellent organisational skills and be confident in their ability to coordinate multiple tasks.
Benefits
This is a full-time permanent position offering a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum. Successful candidates will also receive comprehensive training and support to ensure they excel in their role.
