Job Title: QHSE Manager

Location: Huddersfield

Job Type: Permanent

Salary: Negotiable


Purpose of the Role:

The QHSE Manager will be responsible for controlling and coordinating the Health and Safety of the Company, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards. This role will also involve coordinating the UK Quality Assurance system in line with ISO standards and business objectives.


Responsibilities:

Health and Safety:

  • Provide technical assistance in the development, implementation, monitoring, and review of the Health and Safety management system.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant health and safety legislation and regulations.
  • Conduct regular risk assessments and implement control measures to mitigate hazards.


Quality Assurance:

  • Coordinate the UK Quality Assurance system in line with ISO standards and business objectives.
  • Develop and implement quality management systems and procedures.
  • Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance with quality standards.


Requirements:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Health and Safety and Quality Assurance, with experience in coordinating and implementing management systems. They will also possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
