We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment Limited. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
Key Responsibilities- Implement and maintain policies and procedures related to quality, health, safety, and environmental (QHSE) management.
- Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with QHSE regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to educate employees on QHSE policies and procedures.
- Investigate and report on incidents and near-misses, and implement corrective actions to prevent future occurrences.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure QHSE considerations are integrated into all aspects of the business.
- Proven experience in a QHSE management role, preferably in a manufacturing or engineering environment.
- Strong knowledge of QHSE regulations and standards, including ISO 9001.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Ability to analyze data and identify trends to inform QHSE decision-making.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively.
