About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Salaried General Practitioner to join our team at the London Fields Medical Centre. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, working collaboratively with our doctors, nurses, and administrative staff to deliver excellent patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality medical care to our patients, adhering to the GMC standards for good medical practice and the GMS contract.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to achieve the strategic aims of the practice, making recommendations to enhance income and reduce expenditure.
  • Manage long-term conditions effectively, processing administration in a timely manner, and undertaking a variety of duties including surgery consultations and queries.
  • Maintain accurate clinical records, adhering to best practice recommended through clinical guidelines and the audit process.
  • Contribute to the successful implementation of continuous improvement and quality initiatives within the practice.
  • Accept delegated responsibility for a specific area (or areas) of the QOF.
  • Attend and contribute effectively to practice meetings as required.
About Us

The London Fields Medical Centre is a long-established medical practice in a busy and exciting part of Hackney, East London. We use EMIS Web clinical system and have a patient list of 11,000. We are located on the ground floor of a two-storey building with excellent transport links and connections. We are a team of 9 doctors, 2 nurses, a HCA, and a comprehensive admin team. We are very friendly, supportive, and an excellent environment to work in.
