Synopsis
We are seeking a Systems Engineering and Validation Expert to join our client's team in Surrey. This is an excellent opportunity to work on high-profile defence projects and develop your skills in systems engineering and validation. The role offers a competitive salary of up to £52,000 per annum and flexible working arrangements.

Your Key Responsibilities
As a Systems Engineering and Validation Expert, you will be responsible for applying IVVTQA principles and best practices across the software lifecycle. This includes contributing to key elements of IVVTQA management plans, processes using approved methods, SQEP, and resources/facilities. You will also aid creation and perform IVVTQA activities as per approved plans, processes, and procedures. Additionally, you will maintain alignment or a tailored approach of IVVTQA lifecycle activities in accordance with department and industry standards. You will support IVVTQA at project reviews, including design reviews, risk, change impact, etc.

Essential Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a degree/HND/HNC or equivalent experience in Systems Engineering/Software/Hardware engineering (SE processes and methodologies iaw ISO 15288/ISO 29119/INCOSE). They should have experienced in system engineering V&V lifecycle planning, delivering, and reporting. Proven experience of an evidence-based approach for systems integration, V&V, and acceptance is required. Good communication, stakeholder management, and technical report writing skills are essential.
