We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Administrator to join our team at Circle Health Group.
Key Responsibilities- Timely and accurately process patient accounts and billing
- Ensure compliance with department processes and policies
- Verify NHS and insurance company agreements for accuracy
- Produce invoices for patients, consultants, and insurance companies
- Provide excellent customer service and support to patients, insurers, and consultants
- Maintain department security and confidentiality
- Complete mandatory training and adhere to company policies
- Collaborate with Credit Control to resolve queries and manage accounts
- Assist with regular KPI reporting and identify trends and exceptions
