The estimated salary for this position is around £60,000 - £80,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.

Job Description

As a Digital Asset Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing functional support and training for digital tools and applications
  • Capturing and communicating best practices and lessons learned within the organization
  • Contributing to audits, including ISO 19650 audits, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards
  • Contribute to the operational design of BAM compliant digital workflows on tenders and projects, in line with BAM governance, working with wider DPS
  • Manages the project information model for sharing with the project team and authorising with the client team aligned with project/contract exchange and security protocols
  • Ensures the project/contracts standard methods and procedures align with BAMs ISO 19650 protocols
  • Ensures model coordination and mobilisation plan are in place and carry out regular reviews

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A higher education in construction or related fields, or equivalent experience
  • Several years' experience in digital construction/digital facilities management, familiar with industry and tendering processes
  • Working knowledge of ISO19650
  • Collaborative team player with good communication and time management skills
