Job Description

You will oversee and/or lead high-priority, complex, varied projects across Data and Engineering end-to-end, fostering a collaborative environment through active engagement with cross-functional teams. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Deep diving on metrics that aren't tracking to targets and liaising with teams across the business to ensure there's a plan in place to rectify
  • Proactively identifying areas for improvement and enhancing current processes to optimize operational efficiency, ensure deadlines are met, and initiatives are executed effectively
  • Working closely with other key stakeholders and the VP Tech to ensure proper preparation for any and all meetings and working to optimize their time
Key Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Strong analytical skills, including SQL skills as a bonus
  • The ability to grasp technical concepts and problems quickly
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • The capacity to work independently and as part of a team
  • A self-starter mentality, being curious and quick to learn, knowing what questions to ask to get up to speed quickly
