Job Summary: We are seeking a Technology Director to join our team. The successful candidate will lead our Technology Project Management Office & Business Management team, focusing on delivering technology solutions that meet client needs. This role requires strong leadership skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to drive business growth through innovative technology solutions. The Technology Director will be responsible for providing strategic guidance on organizational design, DE&I, location strategy, workforce planning, colleague engagement, and communications. Additionally, this role involves acting as a senior technical expert within Business Performance, introducing new methods to enhance operational performance, and directing user training on operational changes. The Technology Director will also organize business reviews at ES and external levels, address issues impacting revenue and margin performance, analyze complex problems, and work closely with ES Business Performance teams and wider MI Technology Business Operations teams. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is required.

Responsibilities: The successful candidate will be responsible for:
  • Leading the Technology Project Management Office & Business Management team to deliver technology solutions that meet client needs.
  • Providing strategic guidance on organizational design, DE&I, location strategy, workforce planning, colleague engagement, and communications.
  • Acting as a senior technical expert within Business Performance, introducing new methods to enhance operational performance.
  • Directing user training on operational changes.
  • Organizing business reviews at ES and external levels.
  • Addressing issues impacting revenue and margin performance.
  • Analyzing complex problems and developing solutions.

Salary: $180,000 - $220,000 per annum.
