Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Administrator to join our team at Agility Resoucing. This is a full-time position responsible for managing the company's accounts payable function.

As an Accounts Payable Administrator, you will be responsible for processing invoices, reconciling statements, and maintaining supplier relationships. You will also support the finance team in completing all finance tasks and ensure accurate and timely payment of bills.

The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages, and excellent communication and organizational skills. They must be able to work independently and as part of a team, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines. Additionally, they should have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.

Our company offers a competitive salary of £28,000 per year, including a company pension scheme and life cover. We also offer 28 days of holiday inclusive of bank holidays and the opportunity to work from home occasionally. However, you must be able to come into the office at least once a week.

Responsibilities:
  • Process and verify invoices for accuracy and completeness.
  • Reconcile weekly bank statements to ensure that all transactions are correctly recorded.
  • Maintain accurate records of supplier information and update the database accordingly.
  • Support the finance team in preparing financial reports and analysis.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance.
  • At least 2 years of experience in accounts payable or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
