Procurement and Accounts Payable Support

Agility Resourcing is seeking a Procurement and Accounts Payable Support professional to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for scanning and entering purchase order invoices, setting up new supplier accounts, and maintaining existing account details.
Duties:- Purchase Order Processing:
- Scan and enter purchase order invoices, ensuring correct coding
- Set up new supplier accounts and maintain existing account details
- Download monthly statements from suppliers
- Skills and Qualifications:
- Highly competent in procurement and accounts payable administration
- Able to work to deadlines
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows packages
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
The ideal candidate will have experience in procurement and accounts payable administration and be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills. The estimated salary for this role is £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
