About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Building Surveyor to join our team at Workman LLP. As a key member of our commercial property management team, you will be responsible for assisting experienced surveyors in delivering a range of building surveying services to our clients.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of building surveying principles and practices, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be working closely with our clients to provide expert advice and guidance on all aspects of building surveying, from schedule of dilapidations to party wall awards.

We offer a comprehensive training program, including APC training, to support your career development and ensure you have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in this role.

As a Building Surveyor at Workman LLP, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from commercial properties to industrial sites. You will be part of a dynamic and supportive team, with access to the latest technology and resources.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist experienced surveyors in delivering building surveying services to clients
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on building surveying principles and practices
  • Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Contribute to the development of new business opportunities and projects
