Job Title: Operational Resilience Analyst

Bruin is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Analyst to join their London office. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the firm's European business remains resilient in the face of emerging threats and risks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Act as the subject matter expert for Operational Resilience across the European business, providing guidance and support to stakeholders.
  • Support the design and implementation of the firm's European Resilience strategy, working closely with senior stakeholders and teams.
  • Assist with the implementation of the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) and provide ongoing governance and reporting to senior leadership committees and boards.
  • Provide advice and support to stakeholders on Operational Resilience, making improvements to frameworks and reporting.
  • Maintain the annual self-assessment documentation and design, implement, and lead stress testing of each important business service.
  • Mentor and coach junior team members, providing training and support on European Resilience.
  • Undertake independent horizon scanning to identify potential threats, risks, emerging issues, and opportunities.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in a role focused on Operational Resilience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience required.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with senior stakeholders.
  • Relevant Business Continuity qualifications are preferred.
  • Understanding and previous experience implementing DORA (Digital Operational Resilience Act).
