About the Role

Saxton Leigh is seeking an experienced Operational Resilience Specialist to join our team. As an Operational Resilience Specialist, you will play a critical role in supporting the development and maintenance of our Operational Resilience programme.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the Head of Operational Resilience in the development and maintenance of the Operational Resilience programme
  • Develop and maintain operational resilience documentation
  • Support the governance and embedding of the operational resilience programme across the organization
  • Support departments in their maintenance of mapping for the operational resilience programme
  • Support the secretariat and administrative functions of the Operational Resilience Sub Committee
  • Support the operational resilience training and exercising programme
  • Proactively research changes in Operational Resilience legislation and regulations and ensure any changes are implemented
  • Support incident response across the organization, providing subject matter expertise and an incident coordination point
  • Work collaboratively with Heads of Department to maintain and review Business Impact Analysis
  • Work collaboratively with Heads of Department to maintain, review, and test Department level Business Continuity Plans
  • Support the review and testing of the organization's Business Continuity Plan
  • Support the business continuity training and exercising programme
  • Support the secretariat and administrative functions of the Crisis Management Committee
  • Maintain the business continuity lessons learnt document to ensure continuous improvement
  • Highlight and work with departments to mitigate business continuity risks
  • Proactively research changes in Business Continuity legislation and regulations and ensure any changes are implemented
  • Work with IT to strengthen and test disaster recovery arrangements
  • Support incident response across the organization, providing subject matter expertise and an incident coordination point
Requirements
  • University degree
  • Experience of developing and maintaining an operational resilience and/or business continuity management programme
  • Banking experience
