Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Continuity Management: Develop and implement Business Continuity Management plans to ensure the organization's ability to respond to and recover from disruptions.
  • Operational Resilience: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate operational risks, ensuring the organization's resilience in the face of changing regulatory requirements and market conditions.
  • Compliance and Governance: Ensure that all business continuity and operational resilience activities are aligned with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  • Scenario Testing: Design and conduct scenario testing activities to validate the effectiveness of our business continuity and operational resilience plans.
  • Stakeholder Management: Communicate with stakeholders, including senior management, to ensure that they are informed and engaged in business continuity and operational resilience initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven experience in operational resilience, business continuity, or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate complex ideas to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as business administration, risk management, or a related field.
