Accounts Receivable Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the accounts receivable function for the European region, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve cash flow, reduce bad debt, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Lead and develop the accounts receivable team, providing guidance, training, and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless communication and alignment on financial goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions as needed.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in accounts payable and/or accounts receivable, with a proven track record of success in a leadership role.
  • Experience working with computerized ledger systems, such as Microsoft Dynamics.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and make informed decisions.
