Job Summary:
Clark James Insurance Recruitment is assisting an award-winning chartered insurance broker in finding a skilled Senior Claims Handler for their Haulage/Commercial Motor/Freight and Liability team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage complex commercial claims from first notice of loss (FNOL) through to conclusion.
- Provide technical support to junior claims handlers.
- Collaborate with the Claims Manager on key client management, claims strategy, and process improvement.
Requirements:
- Relevant insurance claims handling experience, preferably in niche areas such as Haulage/Commercial Motor/Freight and Liability.
- Ability to work in a hybrid environment with 3 days a week in the office.
